INVITATION TO COMPETITIVE TENDER

Sandvik Mining & Construction Zimbabwean operation supports the full range of Sandvik equipment in the country ranging from underground trucks and loaders to surface drills and crushing and screening equipment. We are seeking tenders from reputable organizations to supply goods and services as detailed below. We invite you to submit your bids for consideration.

Motor vehicle Panel beating and body work repairs

Supplier must be capable to provide the below services related to vehicle body work repairs;

- Strip, quote and repair of vehicle bodywork damages including panel beating for dents, bashes, and accidents.

• Fix and supply of vehicle accessories

- Motor vehicle spray painting

SUBMISSION

All tenders must be submitted electronically via the designated Sandvik online tender submission platform below.

Tender submissions must clearly indicate the tender number, tender name, and closing date as specified in the tender invitation.

No hard copy, hand-delivered or physically submitted tenders will be accepted. Only tenders successfully submitted online or before the stated closing date and time will be considered.

Late submissions or tenders submitted through any other means will not be accepted.

Bidders who have already submitted tender documents in response to the earlier tender invitation are not required to resubmittheir proposals.

To be received on or before 06 February 2026.Late tenders will note be accepted.

TENDERCURRENCY

1. For purposes of comparison price quoted should be in USD.

2. The procuring entity will convert the USD to ZIG currency using the official exchange rate prevailing on the day of closing tender submissions.

COST OF TENDER

1. The Tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender, and the procuring entity will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the tendering process.

2. The firm found capable of performing the contract satisfactorily in accordance with the set prequalification criteria shall be awarded the contract.

TENDER PRICES

1. The tenderer shall indicate on the appropriate price schedule the unit price and total tender price of the good it proposes to supply under the contract.

2. Price indicated on the price schedule shall include all costs including insurances and delivery cost to the premises of the entity.

3. Prices quoted shall be excluding VAT

ELIGIBLE TENDERES

1. This Invitation for Tenders is open to all tenderers eligible as described in the Invitation to Tender.

2. The procuring entity's employees, committee members, Board members and their relative (spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in the tender.

3. Tenderers shall provide the qualification information statement that the tenderer (including all members of a joint venture and subcontractors) is not associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the procuring entity to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods under this Invitation for tenders.

4. Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices.

Contacting the Procurlng entity

1. No tenderer shall contact the Procuring entity on any matter related to its tender, from the time of the tender opening to the time the contract is awarded.

2. Any effort by a tenderer to influence the Procuring entity in its decisions on tender, evaluation, tender comparison, or contract award may result in the rejection of the Tenderer's tender.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, quality and safety measures.

> State Price Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days).

> Bidders must provide CR6 - List of Directors and CR5 proof of residence.

> Bidders must state payment terms

> Bidders must express lead time/delivery.

> Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered.

> Bank confirmation letter not more than 3months

> Current ITF 263 Tax Clearance

> 3 x Trade references

> Limited Liability Insurance cover note
