List of Requirements for Submission:

1. Company Profile which includes a list of products and services & at least three traceable references.
2. Certificate of Incorporation & Memorandum and Articles of Association.
3. Forms - CR14, CR6, CR2.
4. VAT and Tax Clearance Certificates.
5. Trade License, Certificate of Membership to professional bodies e.g. the Motor Traders Association.
6. Shareholding structure & Directors’ copy of IDs and their Proofs of Residence - either provide Municipal, ZESA or Telephone/Wi-Fi bills not older than three months.
7. NSSA Compliance Certificate.
8. For ALL suppliers – PRAZ certificate is a must.

Instructions to Applicants:

All documents to be submitted to NUST, IBD Unit, Corner Gwanda Rd./Cecil Ave. Bulawayo. All documents must be submitted in a single sealed envelope.
All envelopes must be labelled clearly and follow the format: Category_Corresponding Category Code_Company Name, e.g.; Tools & Hardware_GT002_Hummer Investments (Pvt) Limited. If instructions are not followed, procurement will neither accept nor process the application.
Any other categories not listed are encouraged to apply.
