Role Purpose / Project Description: Construction of Four (4) Demonstration Housing Units under the Westgate Fairview Phase II Housing project.

Construction of complete housing units including:

Tender Documents: Available on request through email to projectmanagerfin@gmail.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$200 (accompanied by proof of payment).
Compulsory Site Visit:
- Date: 24th April 2026
- Time: 13:00 hours
- Venue: Westgate Fairview Phase II. Directions will be provided.
Submission Deadline: Thursday, 30th April 2026 at 10:00 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Submission Address: Sealed bids must be delivered to Comarton Consultants (Private) Limited, 118 McChlery Avenue, Eastlea, Harare.
Submission Marking: Bids must be clearly marked "Construction of 4 Demonstration Housing Units - Tender Ref: 2026/01".
Opening of Tenders: Immediately after closing, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
