Job Title (Contract Title)
Consultancy Services for provision of External Audit Services (Financial).

Role Purpose
To enable the auditors to express an independent professional opinion on the financial position of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Value Chain and Livelihoods Enhancement Project (ZAVaCLEP) managed by the PMU and financed by the African Development Fund. The audit aims to ensure that funds granted to the project have been used for their intended purposes with due care to economy and efficiency.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Provide financial external audit services for the ZAVaCLEP project.
Express an independent professional opinion on the project's financial position.
Verify that project funds were used appropriately and efficiently according to the grant agreement.
The duration of the assignment is 41 months.

Qualifications/Requirements

Interested consultants must provide information indicating they are qualified to perform the services, including:
- Brochures.
- Description of similar assignments.
- Experience in similar conditions.
- Availability of appropriate skills among staff.
Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Selection will be in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Framework (dated October 2015) using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCS) method.
