INVITATION FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Africa University, a private Pan-African, United Methodist-related institution based in Mutare, Zimbabwe, hereby invites reputable and duly registered suppliers and service providers to apply for prequalification for the supply of goods, services, and works. Vendors from across the country are invited to participate in this prequalification process for inclusion on the University’s Approved Vendors List for the 2026–2028 cycle.

1.Interested suppliers must submit the following mandatory documents:

· Fill in the vendor questionnaire form (downloadable) and state the category number

· Copies of the directors’ IDs and their proof of residence

· NOSTRO Banking details with company letterhead

· Stamped letter from bank confirming that you bank with them

· Tax clearance certificate

· Certificate of Incorporation

· CR6 & CR14

· Three trade references on their company letterheads

· Company profile

· VAT Registration certificate (if available)

2. This process is merely an invitation to do business and NOT an offer to supply goods & services.

3. Suppliers with multiple services that straddle the above categories should submit separate emails for each category.

4. Africa University reserves the right to accept or reject an application and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for accepting or rejecting any application.

6. Submissions must be forwarded through email, with the category number on the subject line and as a single document in PDF format.
