Title: INVITATION TO DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE TENDER (To lease and manage Murambinda Rank toilet)

Role Purpose / Scope of Lease:

Tenders are invited in terms of Section 152(2) of the Urban Councils Act (Chapter 29:15) from interested bidders to lease and manage Murambinda Rank toilet.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

The successful bidder will be responsible for;

Daily operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the toilet.
Collection of user fees at approved council rates.
Provision of cleaning materials, toilet paper and hand washing soap.
Repair and maintenance of the toilet.
Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health and Child Care public health regulations and Council by-laws.

Requirements:

Bid declaration forms are available upon payment of a non-refundable $10.00 administration fee.
