Mavuzu High School, under the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Harare Metropolitan Province, invites prospective bidders to submit tenders for the supply and delivery of a pre-owned 14-seater kombi.

1. Goods/Services Required:

Supply and delivery of one (1) 14-seater pre-owned kombi for Mavuzu High School.

2. Eligibility Criteria / Bidder Requirements:

Bidders wishing to participate in this tender must ensure they meet and submit proof of the following mandatory requirements:

Current NSSA compliance certificate
Certificate of Incorporation
CR14/CR6 (Company Register documents)
Current tax clearance (form ITF 263)
Valid vendor number
Current proof of registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) in the relevant category (e.g., motor vehicle supply or related services)
Three (3) traceable reference letters for similar jobs or supply of similar vehicles
Proof of registration with the Motor Industry Association of Zimbabwe

3. Tender Fee:

A non-refundable tender fee of US$50.00 is required. This fee is payable in cash at Mavuzu High School.
