Bids are invited from reputable bidders registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe for the following tenders. Bidding documents are obtained at Upper Runde Sub-catchment during normal working hours 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10.00 upon collection. Specifications of items are found in the tender document. No payment shall be made to obtain the documents online.

Submission Instructions:

Completed bidding documents must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised procurement reference number, the description and must be dropped into the tender box at Council offices reception on or before the 24th of August 2026 by 1100hrs for UR SUB/01/2026.

Late submissions will be rejected.
Bidders or their representatives are free to come and witness the opening of the bids which will take place at the submission address immediately after the deadline.
