INVITATION TO DOMESTIC TENDER

Zvishavane Town Council invites interested suppliers registered with PRAZ under the relevant categories to participate in the following tenders:

Bidding documents are available on the PRAZ Electronic Government Procurement System (e-GP) https://egp.praz.org.zw at no cost. Submission of bids shall be done electronically on the same portal before the closing date and time.

Eligibility: Only suppliers registered with PRAZ under the relevant categories are eligible to bid.

Application Instructions: Bidders must download the bidding documents from the e-GP portal and submit their bids electronically via the same platform.

Closing Date: 21 September 2026 at 1000hrs.

Site Visit: Mandatory site visit scheduled for 4 September 2026 at Ngezi Water Treatment Plant from 1400hrs to 1500hrs. Bidders are required to attend to inspect the installation site and understand technical requirements.

Reporting Line: The successful supplier will report directly to the Procurement Officer, Zvishavane Town Council.
