Job Title: Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Residential Passenger Lift

Project Site: Arlington Court, Ascot – Bulawayo

Role Purpose:

Arlington Court invites experienced and qualified lift manufacturers/authorized installers to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a domestic passenger lift system.

Project Overview (Key Duties/Responsibilities):

Turnkey installation of 1 residential passenger lift
6 stops | 5 Floors | 630kg capacity/ 8 passengers
Must comply with EN81 standards (or equivalent)
Includes Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and full safety systems
Minimum 24-month warranty + ongoing maintenance support

Submission Requirements (Qualifications/Requirements):

Two-envelope system (Mandatory):
- Technical Proposal – covering the technical details of the proposal without any commercials
- Financial Proposal – details of costs associated with the proposal
Proven experience & compliance with specifications required
Mandatory site visit prior to submission – suppliers expected to inspect site
A detailed specification is available on request to all interested bidders.

Timeline:

Site visit: 1st April to 7th April 2026 – Arlington Court Ascot, Bulawayo.
Questions & Clarifications: 8th April to 14th April 2026.
Submissions: 15th April to 15th May 2026

Closing Date:

15th May 2026 @ 17:00 (GMT + 2hrs (Pretoria/ Harare Time)
