• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of listings.

• Information may change without notice by issuing entities.

• We do not guarantee that any user will win a tender or secure a contract.

Users are solely responsible for verifying tender details with the issuing authority before submitting any bid or application.

You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
